What are the delivery charges for orders from the shop?
Due to the eclectic nature of our items – the varied sizes and weights – we do NOT include shipping and handling in the purchase price. Please call us prior to your purchase for a shipping quote. Or, if you don’t want to miss out on an item, go ahead and make the purchase, then call us for the shipping quote.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Retro Relics Etc. accepts all forms of payment online. In store, we accept credit cards and cash.
How long will delivery take?
Unless your item is exceptionally large and/or heavy, most deliveries within the US are within 7 – 10 days.
What exactly happens after ordering?
If you require that an item be shipped, contact us immediately to request a shipping quote. You may also pick it up at our store.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive a receipt via email immediately after your transaction.
How secure is shopping on your online store? Is my data protected?
Your information is very secure. Our site is fully covered with SSL security certificate and transactions are handled on PayPal’s exceptionally secure servers. Retro Relics Etc. never sees your complete credit card information.
